Staffs are very attentive and caring.

Good- attention paid to patients - very helpful.
Food - ok - need sandwiches, salad/more healthy
Evening medications TOO slow at night.

I have found staff and patients alike to be supportive, caring and understanding.
One issue I have found disturbing although I have not been affected directly is the procedure on visitors, I believe this is very lax and needs improving not only for patients but staff's safety also.

Excellent nursing staff + carers. Caring and supportive overall. Could enable patients to be more self-sufficient in terms of food and activities. Polly, Ivy and Citanya particularly helpful. Plus Adedeji and Surana
